We're Hiring
Currently hiring in Denver, Colorado Springs, and Aurora. Full-time and part-time positions available. Colorado is short roughly 2,000 RBTs to meet Medicaid demand, and 6+ ABA centers have closed or left the state in the last two years. Your skills are needed here.
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Work directly with children with autism in their homes. You'll implement behavior plans designed by our BCBAs, track progress, and help kids build real skills. No two days look the same. Training and supervision provided.

Lead treatment planning and oversee a team of RBTs. You'll conduct assessments, develop individualized programs based on our methodology, train staff, and work closely with families. Manageable caseloads and real clinical autonomy.
