Our Policy
Budding Futures ABA Therapy does not discriminate against any person on the basis of:

Federal Compliance
Budding Futures ABA Therapy complies with all applicable federal civil rights laws, including:
- Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964: Prohibits discrimination on the basis of race, color, or national origin in programs and activities receiving federal financial assistance
- Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973: Prohibits discrimination on the basis of disability in programs and activities receiving federal financial assistance
- Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA): Prohibits discrimination against individuals with disabilities in all areas of public life, including services and employment
- Age Discrimination Act of 1975: Prohibits discrimination on the basis of age in programs and activities receiving federal financial assistance
Colorado State Compliance
We also comply with the Colorado Anti-Discrimination Act (CADA), which provides protections against discrimination in places of public accommodation and employment. Colorado law provides broad protections that supplement federal civil rights requirements.
Culturally Responsive Care
Beyond legal compliance, we are committed to providing culturally responsive care. This means:
- Respecting and valuing the cultural backgrounds, traditions, and preferences of every family we serve
- Training our BCBAs and RBTs on cultural competence and sensitivity
- Adapting treatment plans to align with each family's values and home environment
- Welcoming families who speak languages other than English and working to accommodate language needs
- Creating an inclusive environment where all families feel respected and heard
Language Assistance
If you or a family member has limited English proficiency, we will make reasonable efforts to provide language assistance services, including qualified interpreters and translated materials, at no cost to you. Please let us know your language needs when you contact us.
